Shipping policy
Thank you for your interest in CHIBLISSY and our products. This policy outlines the key information regarding how we ship orders for our Pet Bags and Pet Mats.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed during standard business days, Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
2. Shipping Destinations
We are currently able to ship orders to addresses within the contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to prevent delays.
3. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We partner with reliable national carriers to deliver your orders. The specific carrier used will be chosen at our discretion to provide the best service for your location. Once your order is shipped, you will be able to track its progress using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to follow your package's journey. Please allow a short period for the tracking information to activate in the carrier's system.
5. Undeliverable Packages
A package may be returned to us if the address is incorrect, incomplete, or if the package is unclaimed after multiple delivery attempts. If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout to arrange reshipment. Please note that additional charges may apply for reshipping the order.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at assistance@chiblissy.shop with your order number. We will attempt to update the address if the order has not yet been processed for shipping. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered the shipping fulfillment stage.
