1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
In its original, unused, and unwashed condition.
In the original packaging with all tags attached.
Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Returns and exchanges are typically accepted within 30 days from the date you received the item.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Products that have been used, washed, or are not in their original condition.
Products damaged due to misuse or wear and tear.
Any item not in its original packaging or without tags attached.
3. Process for Initiating a Return or Exchange
Please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email our customer service team at assistance@chiblissy.shop within the eligible return period. Please include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
Wait for Instructions: We will respond with authorization and specific instructions on where to send the item.
Ship the Item: Carefully package the unused item in its original packaging and mail it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our returns center.
4. Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please follow the process outlined above to initiate an exchange.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow time for the payment processing network to complete the transaction.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in ensuring our products are perfect when they leave our warehouse. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at assistance@chiblissy.shop with your order number and photos of the product's damage or defect. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or return.
7. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns or exchanges. This shipping cost is non-refundable. For items damaged in transit or incorrect items shipped due to our error, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
